Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in different locations of India. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most of the times, this is because sometime customers accidentally enter wrong email id. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfilment notice, and a shipping notice.
If you believe you may have entered your email id wrong, please contact us and we will fix it for you.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
It will usually take 7-10 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
Can I have a tracking number?
Yes, all our products are shipped with tracking numbers. Right after you make a purchase we send you a mail with your tracking number. If you are not able to track the mail in your inbox, please consider checking spam folders.
How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
It will take usually between 1-2 business days.
How do I edit of change my order?
Once you order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Please make sure to double check before placing the order, the address your order is being shipped to is correct , and the payment method you are using is good to go.
How do I cancel my order?
We can not accept cancellation more than 1 hour after your purchase. If you are within the time frame please email us at contact@lifestylewings.com. otherwise we are more than happy to accept a return once you have received your product.
Please note that original shipping fee is non-refundable and return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
Where can I place an order from?
You can place an order from any part of India, we ship orders all over India.
Is shipping really FREE?
Yes, shipping is Free on all orders.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept all Major Credit & debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and also Razor pay & Stripe.
Are there any hidden charges (octroi/taxes) when I make a purchase?
There are no hidden charges when on make purchase on lifestyle wings store. The price listed for all the items are final and all inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. Delivery charges are always free, no minimums, COD is chargeable as per shipping policy.
What is Cash on delivery?
if you are not comfortable making online payment on Lifestylewings.com you can opt for Cash on delivery (C-O-D)payment method instead. Its available for most pin codes. With COD you can pay in cash as and when order arrives at your destination. COD is chargeable in accordance with our shipping policy
Is checkout on this site safe and secure?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit/debit card information is not stored on our servers.
If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
