Return & Refund Policy
We are happy to accept returns for a full refund if your order arrived damaged, non operational, or we sent the wrong item to you.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must have tags still on.
- Refund for shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable.
- For the product without any manufacturing defect/fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear return shipping charges.
- To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damages during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier services. Please share shipping details on firstname.lastname@example.org. with your order ID mentioned.
- In case of manufacturing defect, customer are requested to share an image/video of the product received for verification purpose. We can process a return/replacement only after a verification process is completed.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- No partial returns are allowed in any case.

Terms & conditions for Refund.
- You can ask for a refund/free replacement against any of your order with in 7 days of its date of delivery, provided that the products are found to be defective or damaged
- Your are responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How long the refund procedure takes?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. and we will contact you with a return address.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. We cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us.
How to request an exchange or refund
- Within 7 days of receiving your order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the issue.
- When contacting us, please include the following information:
- Your name
- Your order number
- A written description of the issue
- A photo and unboxing video of the package
- Let us know whether you are requesting an exchange or a refund
- We will reply within 24 hours.
